(MT Højgaard´s Code of Conduct)
MT Højgaard's code of conduct confirms our obligation to observe ethical conduct when carrying out our activities. Our code of conduct includes obligations in relation to integrity, fairness and social responsibility.
- MT Højgaard's code of conduct applies to all staff in MT Højgaard a/s and those of MT Højgaard's wholly-owned companies
- In carrying out our activities we will apply ethical standards which, as a minimum, will ensure that we comply at all times with the laws of those countries in which we operate
We will handle issues regarding ethics in a way that ensures that the company will be acknowledged for this, and will achieve financial success.
MT Højgaard's code of conduct comprises three main points:
- Business conduct
- Societal relations
- Human rights
MT Højgaard has a number of other policies, for which this code of conduct forms the overall framework. It means that we commit ourselves to act in accordance with this code in relation to staff, economy and finance, environment, working environment, safety, clients, market conduct, competitors, collaboration partners and suppliers.
