Headquartered in Denmark, MT Højgaard is an international contractor with approximately 6,000 employees, of whom about 4,000 work in our core areas: civil engineering, construction and refurbishment.

Ownership
MT Højgaard was founded in 2001 from the merger of Monberg & Thorsen A/S and Højgaard & Schultz a/s. MT Højgaard is owned by Højgaard Holding a/s (54%) and the holding company Monberg & Thorsen A/S (46%). The group is headquartered in Søborg, Denmark and has a number of local offices across the country.Vision and strategy
